Scope and content: Leather bound book, title on front, 'Precedent Book 1701' [or 1761]. Pages of Pro Patria watermarked paper. First 72 pages have been torn out leaving only the bottom corners, with remnant of the original content of the book, which appears to be (?copies of) legal documents in Secretary hand, a style of handwriting used until the 18th century in Wales.
